職種：ウェイトレス、レジ係、料理人、バリスタ、バーテンダー、クラークのポジションがあります。

日本人および/またはビザを持つ外国人はご応募ください！

バーテンダー：
- お客様を歓迎し、友好的な会話で歓迎の雰囲気を作り出します。
- カクテルのレシピやメニューの知識を活用して、正確かつ効率的にドリンクの注文を受けます。
- お客様の好みに基づいておすすめのドリンクを提供し、特製のカクテルやドリンクを提案します。
- 既定のレシピと基準に従ってアルコールとノンアルコールの飲み物を準備して提供します。
- カクテルをミックスし、見た目と品質に注意してガーニッシュします。
- バーサプライを在庫し、材料を新鮮で適切に保管します。
- グラスウェア、食器、機器など、バーエリアの清潔さと整頓を維持します。
- 健康と安全の規制と実践を常に守ります。

ウェイトレス/ウェイター:
- ゲストを歓迎し、テーブルに案内してメニューを提供します。
- 特別なリクエストや食事制限に対応して、正確かつ効率的に食事と飲み物の注文を受けます。
- ゲストが快適で楽しい食事体験をするために、ポジティブで友好的な態度を保ちます。
- 注文をキッチンとバーのスタッフに伝達し、食事とドリンクの迅速な準備と提供を確保します。
- 他のサーバーと協力してスムーズなサービスを提供し、ゲストの待ち時間を最小限に抑えます。
- ゲストのニーズを予測し、問題が発生した場合には積極的に対処して、円滑な食事体験を確保します。

料理人：
- 既定のレシピ、ポーションサイズ、品質基準に従ってメニューを準備して調理します。
- 生の食材の適切な取り扱いと保管を含む、食品安全衛生のガイドラインに従います。
- 特別なリクエストや食事制限に対応し、キッチンスタッフとサーバーとの効果的なコミュニケーションを図ります。
- 在庫レベルを維持し、不足分や不一致があれば管理部門に通知します。

バリスタ：
- お客様を友好的な態度で歓迎し、個別のサービスとおすすめを提供します。
- 既定のレシピと基準に従ってエスプレッソベースの飲み物、ドリップコーヒー、および特製ドリンクを準備します。
- 機器、食器、調味料など、コーヒーステーションの清潔さと整頓を維持します。
- コーヒーや材料の供給状況をモニタリングし、必要に応じて補充し、不足分があれば管理部門に通知します。

Restaurant Openings

Job Openings at multiply Okinawa bases!
(Kinser, Kadena, Foster, Hansen, Schwab, Marine bases, etc.) 

Positions: Waitress, Cashier, Cook, Barista, Bartender, and Clerk positions are available.

Japanese and/or Non-Japanese with a Visa should apply!

Bartender:
- Greet and welcome customers, engaging in friendly conversation to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take drink orders accurately and efficiently, using knowledge of cocktail recipes and menu offerings.
- Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and suggest specialty cocktails or drinks.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Mix and garnish cocktails, paying attention to presentation and quality.
- Ensure bar supplies are stocked and ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and practices at all times.

Waitress / Waiter:
- Welcome guests as they arrive, escorting them to their tables and providing menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, catering to any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of food and drinks.
- Coordinate with other servers to ensure smooth service and minimize wait times for guests.
- Anticipate the needs of guests and proactively address any issues to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Cook:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of raw ingredients.
- Accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions, communicating effectively with kitchen staff and servers.
- Maintain inventory levels and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.

Barista:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude, providing personalized service and recommendations.
- Prepare espresso-based beverages, drip coffee, and specialty drinks according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, including equipment, utensils, and condiments.
- Monitor coffee and ingredient supplies, restocking as needed and notifying management of any shortages.
