職務内容：

• クライアントが処方された薬を服用するのを手伝う
• クライアントが家の中や外出先（医師の予約、散歩など）で移動するのを手伝う
• 筋力をつけるための体操や運動
• クライアントの個人的なケアと衛生の手伝い
• クライアントの協力が得られる場合は、食事の計画と準備をする
• クライアントの買い物をするか、買い物に同行する
• クライアントが自分では完了できない軽い家事をする
• 快適で支援的な伴侶になる
• 異常な出来事を報告する
• 緊急時に迅速かつ責任を持って行動する

要件：

• ケアギバーとしての実績があること
• 緊急時対応と応急手当（CPR）の優れた知識があること
• 家事活動や食事の制約に注意して調理する知識があること
• 健康と安全基準に従う意欲があること
• 敬意と思いやりがあること
• 良い時間管理能力があること
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力と人間関係スキルがあること
• 強い倫理観があること
• 身体的な持久力があること
• 高校卒業資格または同等の資格があること

Senior caregivers

Work Hours: 0900 - 1400
Location: Uruma City
Language: English and Japanese
Hourly Rate: $12.00 to $15.00 depending on experience, schedule availability.
 

DESCRIPTION

• Help clients take prescribed medication
• Assist clients with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
• Physical therapy and exercises to build strength
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencies
   

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a caregiver
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate
• ​​​​​​​Good time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skill
• ​​​​​​​Strong ethics
• Physical endurance
• ​​​​​​​High school diploma or equivalent
