Requirements -
1. Need 2 to 5 years’ experience working as an assistant manager at a Japanese Restaurant
2. English is not required - a little English is preferred
3.  Willing to relocate to Kyoto - within 1 month
4. Support 150 meals per day
5. Required - 2 interviews

Restaurant Assistant Manager responsibilities include supporting General Managers vision and decisions and leading staff to fulfill the vision. Work includes ordering kitchen utensils and equipment based on our needs, managing and supervising restaurant staff performance.  To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes a great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays.

Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.
