レストラン カウンターアテンダント、ウェイトレス、レジ係、コック、コーヒーバリスタ、労働者、事務員を探しています。

    顧客への挨拶とサポート:

• カウンターに近づく顧客を歓迎し、フレンドリーで気配りのある態度を提供します。
• レストランの POS システムまたは注文受付プロセスを使用して、顧客の注文を正確かつ効率的に受け取ります。
• メニュー項目、価格、材料、プロモーションオファーなどに関する顧客の質問に答えます。
• 顧客の好みに基づいて推奨事項を作成し、追加の商品や食事のセールをアップセルします。

    注文の準備と組み立て:

• 標準化されたレシピと分量に従って食品を準備します。
• ハンバーガー、サンドイッチ、ラップ、サラダ、サイドメニューなどの料理の注文を組み立てます。
• すべての食品が適切に調理され、包装され、提供されていることを確認してください。
• キッチンスタッフと連携して、タイムリーな準備と注文の配達を確保します。
• 特別なリクエストやメニュー項目の変更に対応します。

    現金の取り扱いと取引:

• レジまたは電子決済システムを使用して顧客の支払いを処理します。
• おつりを正確に計算し、顧客に提供します。
• 会社のポリシーに従って、必要に応じて返金または交換を処理します。
• レジの正確性を維持し、現金の取り扱い手順を安全に保ちます。
• シフト終了後の現金調整の手順に従い、不一致があれば報告してください。

Positions: Restaurant Counter Attendant, Waitress, Cashier, Cook, Coffee Barista, Laborer, and Clerk positions are available.

Japanese and/or Non-Japanese with a Visa should apply!

Counter Attendant / Clerk:

• Greeting and Assisting Customers:
• Welcome customers as they approach the counter, take reservations, and provide a friendly and attentive demeanor.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using the restaurant's point-of-sale system or order-taking process.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items, pricing, ingredients, and promotional offers.
• Make recommendations based on customer preferences and upsell additional items or meal deals.

Order Preparation and Assembly:

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and quantities.
• Assemble orders for dishes such as burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, side menus, etc.
• Ensure all food is properly cooked, packaged, and served.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Accommodate special requests or modifications to menu items.

Handling Cash and Transactions:

• Process customer payments using cash registers or electronic payment systems.
• Calculate and provide accurate change to customers.
• Process refunds or exchanges as necessary according to company policies.
• Maintain accuracy of the register and ensure safe handling of cash.
• Follow procedures for cash adjustments at the end of the shift and report any discrepancies.
