1. Music Director

• Weekly Hours: Approximately 32.00 hours/week.
• Description:
  • Leads and coordinates all music-related activities for worship services and special events.
  • Directs choirs and praise teams, conducts rehearsals, and plans musical arrangements in collaboration with the Chaplain.
  • Arrives 30 minutes early to services and rehearsals to prepare.
  • Responsible for training volunteer musicians and ensuring a professional worship experience.
• Special Events: Includes additional services such as Easter, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Advent, and Memorials. These events require more rehearsal time and may extend the weekly hours during specific periods.
