Kadena Golf Course – Pro Shop Attendant & Starter

Location: Kadena Air Base, Okinawa

Position Overview

We are seeking retired Americans, and visa holders, or Japanese speakers with English proficiency who have experience in golf and customer service to join our team at Kadena Golf Course.
This dual-role position combines pro shop operations and starter duties to ensure smooth daily play and excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing exceptional service.

• Operate the POS system for tee times, rentals, and merchandise transactions.

• Sell golf-related products and maintain an organized pro shop.

• Act as course starter—manage tee times, monitor pace of play, and enforce course rules.

• Support tournaments, events, and general course operations.

Qualifications

• Some golf experience, with knowledge of golf rules and etiquette preferred.

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

• English proficiency and Japanese conversational ability required.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

ゴルフおよびカスタマーサービスの経験がある退職したアメリカ人、ビザ保持者、または英語が堪能な日本人を募集しています。
このポジションは、プロショップ業務とスターター業務を兼任し、コース運営を円滑に進める重要な役割です。

主な業務内容

• 来場者への接客およびサポート。

• POSシステムを使用し、ティータイム、レンタル、商品販売を管理。

• ゴルフ用品の販売およびショップ内の整理整頓。

• スターターとしてティータイムとプレー進行を管理し、コースルールを徹底。

• トーナメントやイベント運営のサポート。

応募資格

• ゴルフ経験がある方（ルールやマナーの知識があれば尚可）。

• 小売業またはカスタマーサービス経験者歓迎。
