Job Title: Customer Service Starter
Location: Kadena Golf Course – Okinawa

On Time Staffing is seeking retired U.S. military personnel and Americans currently residing in Japan with valid visa status who are interested in working at Kadena Golf Course in a customer-facing role.
Position Overview:

The Customer Service Starter plays a key role in daily golf course operations by ensuring smooth tee time management and an outstanding golfer experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Greet golfers and verify tee times
• Manage player flow from the first tee box
• Monitor and maintain pace-of-play standards
• Coordinate customer check-in and cart staging
• Manage tee time schedules and assist with reservations
• Respond to golfer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Communicate with pro shop and course management to support daily operations
